Her sporting background gives her experience with combat sports, strength training, and running, as well as yoga and breathing techniques. The cornerstone Šárka builds her therapy on is a friendly, respectful environment where both sides feel comfortable and humor is never far away. At the first visit, she asks plenty of questions to build as complete a picture as possible of who you are and what's troubling you, so she can work with you to find the best approach.
