Iva Riederová (ENG)

I am a counselling psychologist, mental health coach and crisis interventionist. I help people take responsibility for their actions, reinvent themselves and go for their goals. I love stories, and that’s why I chose this job. Because I believe that we all have the potential and power within us to make our story a happy one (even if that happiness looks different for everyone). I find this work fulfilling and I think my clients feel it too. I always approach everyone with acceptance, respect and authenticity.

In my work with clients, as well as in my own life, I rely on my experience in top sports, university studies in the Czech Republic and abroad, Eastern philosophies and the everyday challenges that life presents us with. Due to my ever active connection with sport, I also use body-centred approaches and imagery techniques in my work.
