1.3 These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of physiotherapy and rehabilitation services (hereinafter the “Services”) provided by the Provider to clients who pay for the services themselves.

1.4 A client is any natural person who orders a service from the Provider (hereinafter the “Client”).

1.5 These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the service agreement concluded between the Provider and the Client.

1.6 By entering into the agreement, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking of Services

2.1 The Client may book an appointment:

  • online via the Reservanto booking system,
  • by phone,
  • by e-mail,
  • or via SMS.

2.2 Once the booking is confirmed by the Provider, the appointment is considered binding, regardless of the booking method.

2.3 The current price list is available on the Provider’s website.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 All Services are provided for a fee, payable by the Client as a self-paying customer.

3.2 Payment may be made as follows:

  • in cash on-site,
  • by bank transfer based on the issued invoice,
  • via the GoPay online payment gateway.

3.3 The Provider is not a VAT payer. All prices are final.

3.4 During therapy, additional materials may be used (e.g., kinesio taping, fixation tapes, fascial tools, etc.). These materials are billed separately according to the current price list—typically based on the amount used (e.g., length of tape).

3.5 The Client is informed in advance of the use and price of any additional material and may decide whether they agree to its use.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1 The Client may cancel or reschedule an appointment no later than 36 hours before the scheduled start time without any fees.

4.2 In case of cancellation or rescheduling less than 36 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of 100% of the service price is charged.

4.3 These cancellation conditions apply even in the event of illness or other absence of the Client.

4.4 Exceptions cannot be applied retroactively.

5. Late Arrival of the Client

5.1 In case of late arrival, the therapy time is shortened by the duration of the delay, while the price remains unchanged.

5.2 If the Client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the Provider has the right to cancel the appointment without compensation, and a cancellation fee of 100% of the service price will be charged.

6. Client’s Health Condition

6.1 The Client is obliged to inform the Provider of their health condition and any contraindications to therapy.

6.2 If the Client is ill (e.g., cold, fever, viral infection), they are requested not to attend the therapy. In such cases, the cancellation conditions under Article 4 still apply.

7. Personal Data Protection

7.1 The Client’s personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation and is used solely for booking, record-keeping, and communication purposes.

7.2 Details on personal data processing are provided in the Privacy Policy published on the Provider’s website.

8. Final Provisions

8.1 The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments become effective on the date of publication on the website.

8.2 Legal relations between the Provider and the Client are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

8.3 These Terms and Conditions become valid and effective on the date of their publication.
