Petra Jeřábková (ENG)

“Small steps lead to big changes.”

My name is Petra Jeřábková, I am a psychologist and a coach, and I will also soon complete my physiotherapy studies.

Even before my graduation, I knew that my direction would lead to helping professions. I was deciding between psychology and physiotherapy – in the end psychology won. However, after successfully completing my studies, I decided to immerse myself in the world of physiotherapy and in the future to connect both areas in practice.

As a psychologist and coach, I try to create a space for clients where they can be listened to with respect and empathy. I myself watched the fascinating world of movement from afar for a long time, which is why I understand how difficult it can be to start sports or physical activity at an older age, or to overcome one’s own comfort zone. Life is not always easy, and I myself know how difficult it can be to ask for help.

I believe in the importance of one’s own decision and motivation, which lead to the active involvement of the client and brings the best results. In FLOW, I will focus on consulting and coaching.
